Abstract

The authors examined 33 IVF children at the age of 3 years. Only singletons born healthy and at term were studied. They were compared with a control group. The families were interviewed and the children were assessed with a test for infant psychomotor performance. The development of all children was satisfactory and the relationship with their mothers was excellent.

Diskussion

For obvious reasons we need to wait several years to have the results of studies assessing such children after puberty. See also entry 0040 and 0118.
